It is about insights into field-specific perspectives and a research process of rapprochement with research learning and learning research. The research project is conceived as a qualitative research process with empirical building blocks. Examples of materials are text documents on the structural framework of the profession of midwives and family midwives as well as text documents produced in the research project from interviews with midwives or family midwives and interviews with supervisors who have professional experience in the supervision processes of midwives or family midwives. In separate evaluation these documents are interpreted. In a further step, the findings of the researcher were incorporated into a focus group with midwives. With theoretical references to Pierre Bourdieu, Ralf Bohnsack and Hartmut Rosa, connecting lines to "learning to live healthy" will be presented and aspects of structural logic in the occupational field of midwives will be explored.
