The aim of this study was to evaluate the k-MED online course "Principles of magnetic resonance imaging" of the Department of Radiology Philipps-Universität Marburg. For the hypothesis that online courses Animations and interactive exercises without equivalent Lernskript superior to corresponding elements, should a document be found. The Online courses have been based on the unlicensed learning management system ILIAS (k-MED) realized. The controlled, randomized experimental study was conducted in the form of a Cross experiment created. In summer 2007 131 students were the basis of the radiology course in two groups A (66 subjects) and B (65 subjects) divided.
