Teaching and Learning as seen by senior secondary school pupils in politics classes. A contribution to qualitatif classroom research. Subject of this research is the individualistic process of learning by 17-18 years old students in an higher class of a non vocational school Learning is a very individual process and must be researched as near as possibile by looking the process of learning and teaching. The instruments of research in this study are interviews, classroom observations and diays of learning. Learning also is a very complexe process. Therefore the question must be seen under a different aspect among the pedagogical one The first part contains a general discussion about learning, the theory of instruction and thepsychological basis. The second part contains the empirical research, the 3 third part presents the conclusion of the study and includes suggestions for better classroom instruction. The study contains also a voluminous documentation of materials used during my research.
