To the answer of the question whether humor and laughter can show an effective intervention form indicated with it in an addiction-therapeutic setting an experimental investigation was carried out in the pre-postal design in. In the investigation the specific effects of a humor programme should be compared to a controlling condition. A random check could be recruited by N=90 in the investigation period. The planned controlled design could be moved only partly. With the investigation different test procedures were used to the measurement of the change. All together can be found out with the help of the results that the establishing of the investigation groups (eight EG without CG) and the approach elective for the investigation were aim-leading not optimally. The elective form of the investigation still seems to be the only possible kind of the data production, covered to the research questions and the target group to be examined. To Bortz (2010) the advantage lies of this approach in it, because the results characterise the „special conditions of the investigation situation“ (p. 8) and a piece of genuine everyday life. However, this advantage goes to loads of the internal validity, because the naturalness of the investigation field or they only causes possible control of annoying dimensions of influence admits several equivalent explanation alternatives for the results of the test (cf. p. 8 following). In future investigations the enabling of the recruitment of one or several control groups would make sense. In addition it requires a structural support of the rehabilitation facilities, e.g., by the admission of the offer in the control-like therapy plan beyond instead of that.
