Glykosylphosphatidylinositole bei Trichophyton rubrum: Identifizierung und Charakterisierung
Trichophyton rubrum gehört zu den Dermatophyten. Sie sind einer der häufigsten Erreger der Tinea pedis. Im zellfreien System konnten Glykolipide metabolisch markiert werden und als GPIs identifiziert werden.

In this work i have etablished a cell free system made of membranes prepared from Trichophyton rubrum in order to study the structure and the biosynthesis of GPIs.
