Zusammenfassung:
In der orthopädischen Abteilung des Sankt-Elisabeth-Hospitals werden jährlich circa 30 Kinder mit Knick-Senk-Fuß (Pes planovalgus) operativ behandelt. Die Klinik kann damit auf ein großes Patientengut zurückgreifen und verfügt über eine herausragende Erfahrung bei der Behandlung des juvenilen Pes planovalgus. Seit Juli 2003 wurde zur Behandlung beim juvenilen Pes planovalgus eine minimal-invasive Operationstechnik, die sog. Arthrorise mit einem Kalix®-Schraubenimplantat (Firma Newdeal, Lyon, Frankreich) durchgeführt. In den folgenden fünf Jahren wurden insgesamt 105 Pes planovalgus bei 60 Patienten durch das Verfahren der Arthrorise mittels Kalix®-Implant operiert. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die präoperativen klinischen und radiologischen Befunde, die Operationen, die stationären Behandlungsverläufe sowie die postoperativen klinischen und radiologischen Befunde, einschließlich der postoperativen Komplikationen und Beschwerden, ausgewertet und mit in der Literatur beschriebenen Ergebnissen sowie alternativen Operationstechniken verglichen. Die Auswertungen der Röntgenaufnahmen erfolgt über einen Vergleich bekannter und anerkannter Winkelmessungen an standardisierten Röntgenaufnahmen mit einem durch Prof. J. Hamel (Hamel et al., 2006) neu entwickelten Talo-Metatarsal-Index. Ziel der Studie ist es, den Behandlungserfolg und eventuelle Komplikationen nach operativer Therapie mit dem Kalix®-Implant aufzuzeigen, sowie objektive klinische und radiologische Parameter einer konservativen bzw. operativen Therapie des kindlichen Pes planovalgus zu liefern.
