Zusammenfassung:
Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war die Etablierung und Evaluierung der Denaturierungsgradientengel-Elektrophorese als hochsensitivem praktikablen Screeningverfahren in der Routinediagnostik zur Mutationsanalyse im OTC-Gen.
